Co-Founder & Strategic Growth Leader

Mike Campeau is a seasoned business leader with a unique blend of strategic vision, operational execution, and deep expertise in customer loyalty. As Co-Founder of Loyalty Foundry, Mike brings more than 15 years of experience building engagement programs that drive measurable results.

While serving as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Universal Gaming Group, Mike created and launched My Player Perks—a slot machine player engagement and loyalty platform leveraging behavioral economics to increase play time. With hundreds of Illinois locations, My Player Perks is one of the most visible (and imitated) loyalty programs in the state.

Previously, Mike spent over a decade with Altria Group, where he led large-scale sales teams, executed retail loyalty initiatives, and launched new products in high-profile markets. His work consistently combined data-driven insight with on-the-ground execution to grow market share and enhance customer retention.

Mike is an MBA graduate from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with concentrations in Strategic Management, Behavioral Sciences, Economics, and Finance. He holds a U.S. patent for a real-time hyper-accurate shelf-level data gathering technology developed through his startup, SixTwelve Technologies, and co-founded Sentio Therapies, a pediatric speech therapy practice serving Chicago’s South Side.

Justin Dauer is an internationally renowned design strategist and brand experience leader with a proven ability to translate customer insight into meaningful engagement. As a former Director of Design at Swedish agency Nansen, a VP of Design at CVS Health, and now as Co-Founder of Loyalty Foundry, Justin brings over 25 years of expertise helping organizations craft experiences that not only delight customers, but also strengthen brand loyalty and drive measurable business results.

Through his consultancy, Anomali by Design, Justin has partnered with organizations ranging from emerging startups to global brands—developing customer experience frameworks, loyalty-driven design systems, and digital touchpoints that turn transactions into long-term relationships. His work consistently blends strategic discovery with creative execution, ensuring that every interaction reinforces trust, value, and retention.

Justin is the author of the books In Fulfillment and Cultivating a Creative Culture, both of which examine the role of human-centered design in aligning authentic values and human connections. He has shared his insights with international audiences, offering practical guidance on how thoughtful design can deepen customer engagement and drive growth.
